Cultured pearls and natural gemstones are unique. Variations in color, shape, luster, inclusions, and size are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes. Colors may vary depending on lighting conditions and your display device.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, and similar taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Éclat de Gemmes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are identified.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Éclat de Gemmes does not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

8. Custom Orders

Custom-designed and custom-sourced products are subject to separate terms. Deposits are generally non-refundable once sourcing or production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

9. Authenticity

We guarantee that our pearls and sapphires are genuine as described in the product listing. Certificates are provided where applicable.

10. Product Inspection and Fraud Prevention

Every item is inspected and documented before shipment. Returned items undergo identity and condition verification before any refund is approved. We reserve the right to reject claims involving substituted, altered, counterfeit, or otherwise mismatched items.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Éclat de Gemmes unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
