How does the custom order process work?

Our custom order process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your needs and vision. Once a quote is accepted, a deposit is required to begin sourcing or production. Yes. Ethical sourcing and complete transparency are cornerstones of our business. We work directly with trusted suppliers and use strict provenance standards to ensure all our pearls and sapphires are conflict-free and acquired responsibly.

What are your shipping policies and costs?

We offer insured, express shipping worldwide. Domestic shipping is complimentary for orders over $500. International shipping rates vary based on location and value. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection. Custom pieces are unique and generally non-returnable, but we strive for your complete satisfaction throughout the design process. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for details.
